Mrs freaky *sorry i am on a diet*

it really grabbed my attention that all of the Egyptian 15+ girls and guys are following the phrase * sorry i am on a diet * for some odd reason following a diet and eating healthy food became a trend that all of us are following blindly . me MISS CHUBBY DIVA   believe in one thing it's not that food that makes u fat it's you that makes you fat ..... rule number one don't starve your body or just feed it what it doesn't like ... the golden rule is love your body so your body will love you....i don't eat zucchini although it's the best laxative and the most easily digested food with the least amount of calories.... i will never feed my body with zucchini that it hates other wise * hytl3 yshabshbly w ynzel * i love that calorie counter diet with the number of calories i should take daily .... the below pictures are the amounts of junk food that we usually crave while we r on a diet and we are band from it but still they are food and so they have calories so we can take the least portion and fulfil our needs so our bodies will start burning  even on eating  unhealthy crap;) 
exercise and exercise , walk and walk... jog and jog... meditate and play yoga... sing dance shout and scream try to get the energy that u need to burn in your body with what u love to do... it's not a catastrophe that you were born fat or overweight ...... everyone has his own beauty built inside and the smart one is the only one who can discover what's is inside... just check your health it's god gift for us that we should care for and protect otherwise don't look to yourself and say i am ugly just look to yourself and say god made me beautiful i am beautiful smart and witty ... i need some reshaping i will do it myself otherwise i am god's own creation that's unique and no one on earth is just like me //
